In Gen III of Normal Street, we took our Gen II recipe and revamped the hopping procedures. We hit it with a bulky whirlpool addition and then utilized a new dry hopping procedure, introducing an abundance of citrus and peach on the aroma followed by a citrusy explosion on the palate with bursts of bright orange and tangerine.
